  1. Hi Arbie, I enjoyed hearing your voice, and I found your fear of drowning story both intriguing and scary, and quite hard for me to understand, I’m an avid lover of the beaches and water.

    1. Heeyyy Ivor! I’m glad that’s how you found my story! I’ll confuse things by saying I love the beach too! And rivers and canals! Aha. Deathly scared of the ocean though! It both fascinates and terrifies me!!

  2. I listened to you along with keeping my eyes fixed on a golden sunset. It was the perfect accompaniment: nature’s epic beauty and your truly amazing composition. One of the most moving pieces during my time on WP. And me, with the attention span of a dormouse lol.
Your voice is well suited to reading with a sweet tone. Not to mention the killer Brit accent πŸ˜‰

      1. Haha, yes! Rather romantic.. especially when I made you a warm cup of tea and offered you a biscuit … saucy devil that I am… I then made you read to me again πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you!! Happy to see you here! You know I just spent far too long trying to correct hare to hear only to realize even I had it wrong. It’s not my phones fault but by George will I blame it!

I am absolutely gobsmacked by this entire piece, and your voice is dreamy, Arbie! I am smitten. πŸ˜‰ Your little laughs… adorable! It sounds like you’re answering a question, at length, like an interview, or like one side of a conversation, or like half a psychiatric exam, or…. something interesting.

I am so glad you’re back. I missed you, truly! ❀ This is stunning!

    1. Eeeeee vuhuu! I’m so so glad you liked it! Yes! That’s exactly what it is. I might discuss it more at length in a blog post, but it is a conversation with a doctor. Although I don’t think I’ve ever been quite so bold in real life towards one, I suppose it was what I’d say if I could and written very suddenly while I was feeling a little overwhelmed and my actual doctor had gone missing! Truly vanished! Into the night to become a vagabond no doubt. πŸ˜‚

      1. I don’t know Arbie, there was definitely an acting element in your reading..maybe you have more talent in that area than you realize πŸ™‚
