This song. I need this to be here. I have been imagining characters again, some I thought were long gone have come back at full force. I was listening to this song and my heart broke as I went into one of those writer’s dazes where you watch a scene unseen by any other play before open eyes. I’m preparing to shatter a character’s heart, and she thought she would get away unscathed.
Anyway, it’s not just the nature of the song but the haunting melody fits Elizabeth perfectly.
If it’s all the same to the people who click on these posts, I may start separate posts for certain characters and update them with songs that inspire me. I know, I can make a Youtube playlist for that, but this is my diary.
